Through this program, we will now offer Registered Nurses (RNs), as well as Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide services not offered by traditional home health services.

The goal of private duty nursing is to assess and monitor the quality of life for the senior in their own home. This provides the medically necessary care they need in the home on an hourly basis or as needed basis. This makes the transition from a more acute setting to the home easier, and the nurses are able to prevent medical complications that could result in additional hospitalization or facility placement. |
